Nice cutout effect.
ReplyDeleteI like the light in this photo. I also like the yellow lettering on the road while everything else is shades of grey. Great to hear you are settling in to London life.
ReplyDeleteYou are always good with shadows, I like everything in this shot the composition, the selective colour, the light on the trees (almost like an IR effect)...
ReplyDeleteHope you take many amazing shots this weekend Alan! ;-)
Love this one Alan. Great work on it!
ReplyDeleteLove everything about this image Alan, you can almost feel the cool, crisp air. It has a kind of retro look about it. Happy that you're getting into the groove in London, it is a fabulous city but don't let it stop you from taking these brilliant shots yeh!
ReplyDeleteI've missed seeing your wonderful shots! This is a beauty.
ReplyDeleteI love London but have only visited so i am sure it is much different to live there! ;-))
Hard to imagine this capture was taken at mid-day Alan. London is such a grand city ...I love it.
ReplyDeleteReeaally nice. Of course you love London! Like Mr Johnson says: when a man is tired of London, he's tired of life.
ReplyDelete...either that or he just needs some nice, predictable weather.
Love the shadows in this. Lends it a dreamy feeling....
