Bus

Life has been a bit crazy recently. Little or no time to take photos. I'm hoping to change that this weekend. In the meantime, here's an oldie from a few months back, when the sun struggled to get any higher in the sky. This was taken at midday on Upper Street, Islington.

For the record, I'm starting to love London. There, I said it...

  1. I like the light in this photo. I also like the yellow lettering on the road while everything else is shades of grey. Great to hear you are settling in to London life.

  2. You are always good with shadows, I like everything in this shot the composition, the selective colour, the light on the trees (almost like an IR effect)...
Hope you take many amazing shots this weekend Alan! ;-)

  4. Love everything about this image Alan, you can almost feel the cool, crisp air. It has a kind of retro look about it. Happy that you're getting into the groove in London, it is a fabulous city but don't let it stop you from taking these brilliant shots yeh!

  7. Reeaally nice. Of course you love London! Like Mr Johnson says: when a man is tired of London, he's tired of life.

...either that or he just needs some nice, predictable weather.
